An Introduction to Administrative Law

Administrative law is the part of legal aspect that deals with government agencies. They are responsible for creating, implementing, and enforcing specific regulations. The work of an administrative lawyer is very diverse, ranging from drafting documents and interacting with people to filing and arguing legal documents to judges.

The different administrative agencies are tasked with setting out the rules and regulations pertaining to a particular case or for the entire country population to follow.
